How long will it take to receive my order? 

As a small business, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Because our items are custom, most small orders take within 2-5 business days.  All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

For larger custom orders, our lead time is order specific and can range from 1-3 weeks depending on size and design complexity.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

The quickest way to figure out shipping costs is to add your desired items to your cart and simulate a checkout. We have several different shipping carriers and options to help you find the best price and speed.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States. If you are looking to ship outside of the United States, please contact us at info@ghcustomworkshop.com.

What are your policies on refunds and exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds of exchanges on custom orders. If you are unhappy with your order please email info@ghcustomworkshop.com. If the error occurs on our end, a replacement will happily be sent out.  

What if I made a mistake when placing my custom order need to update?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@ghcustomworkshop.com All changes on orders must be made within 48 hours.

How often are new items added?

We will be adding items to our shop often, please sign up for mailing list to be notified. 

I would like to place a large quantity order for my business, do you offer any discounts?

Yes, depending on the order details. Please send us an email for more information or visit the custom order form page to get started.
