Workshop Terms and Policies

To ensure an enjoyable and rewarding experience for all participants, we have established some important guidelines for our workshops. Please review the following:

Payment

To secure your spot, full payment is required in advance for all workshops.

Class Size

Minimum Participants: We require a minimum of 6 participants to successfully conduct each class. This ensures a vibrant and interactive session where everyone can actively engage.

Maximum Participants: In order to maintain an intimate and focused atmosphere, we limit each workshop to a maximum of 12 participants. This allows for personalized attention and ample opportunities for interaction.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change unexpectedly. Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy:

Class Cancellation: In the event that the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the class. Should this occur, a full refund of your fee will be promptly issued.

Participant Cancellation: We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for workshop bookings due to the extensive planning and preparation involved. However, we do provide the following options:

• If you are unable to attend a workshop and notify us prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full credit that can be applied towards rescheduling for another workshop.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time will receive a 50% credit towards a future workshop booking.
• For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Please email info@ghcustomworkshop.com with your reservation information if you need to cancel within the 48-hour window.

Day of Workshop

To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may hinder your ability to complete the craft successfully, and the class will not be restarted out of respect for other participants.

Additional Guests

Please refrain from bringing additional guests, including children and pets, to the workshop. This will help maintain a focused and productive environment for all participants.

Age Requirement

Please take note of the age requirements specified for each workshop. Participants under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult workshop participant, unless otherwise stated in the workshop description.
